TROY HOTEL, London – Your ideal downtown stay

I had a great experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed, which was very helpful to drown out the noise from the people next door. The location was excellent, right across from Kensington Gardens and Palace, and there were plenty of restaurants close by. However, the service was a bit indifferent except for one staff member, 'Samy,' who was untruthful and not pleasant to deal with.

The hotel is conveniently located near various restaurants and pubs, close to underground stations, and also offers a peaceful setting by Kensington Gardens. The rooms are spacious and quiet, providing a comfortable stay, although the dining options may be somewhat limited. The service is accommodating, with helpful staff assisting with luggage needs. The hotel's facilities are functional, catering to essential needs but may lack diversity in dining choices.
